Project Management, Research Assistant

& Social Media Consultancy.

Nuño Sempere approached us several months ago looking for recurring project management services, delivered remotely weekly. We found tools that aligned with Nuño's preferences, particularly around the use of open-source software. We also shared tools for anxiety management.

Since then we have further collaborated with him as a research assistant, processing information for ad-hoc research projects.

Sometime later, Nuño checked our expertise in social media consultancy, specifically for optimising his Twitter presence. In response, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of Nuño's Twitter activity, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations through a detailed report. We then devised a strategic tweeting strategy, equipping Nuño with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively engage with his audience and attract new followers.

Additionally, Nuño enlisted our assistance in revamping his Facebook page profile and crafting an advertisement to promote a program slated for Valentine's Day release. Operating within a modest budget of £40, we executed the promotional campaign, achieving great results.

Comparative Results of Our Ad:

The Final Reach was over 1458% what was expected

The Link Clicks were of over 3919.3% what was expected

Creation of Viral Digital Content.

Including Scripts and Video Editing.

Overall, this brand management exercise ended up reaching 475K views, 66K likes, and 6.9K comments.

Andrew, the current director of Pink Succulent, has been using their knowledge of marketing and social media to improve the reach of their projects

Previously, Andrew had built a large social media profile under a different alias (in 2019: 30k youtube subscribers, 12k Twitter followers, 10k in Instagram.) But they had lost interest in the alias’ approach.

This year, Andrew started by crafting a complete brand toolkit designed to improve their unique identity online. This toolkit served as a guide for conveying the desired personality and image they wanted to show across social media platforms. It included specifications on the colour palette, typography, and tone of voice for their profiles, including illustrative examples and detailed explanations of how to post and interact with people.

After that, Andrew created a project proposal outlining the strategies and tactics for effectively managing their social networks. This included a range of services that are shown in our social media packages, such as script editing for TikTok and Instagram videos and video editing services to enhance content quality and engagement. As part of their commitment to delivering measurable results, Andrew implemented a monthly reporting system to track and analyse key performance metrics.
